Additional Lessons and Training

 

According to Act No. 294/2000 Coll., Section 19

 

Additional lessons and training may be provided only to an applicant for a driving licence who

  1. has completed the full course of lessons and training to obtain a driving licence, but has not yet been granted the licence under the special Act No. 361/2000 Coll., and only within the time limit stated in Section 39(6) of that Act, or
  2. applies for:
    1. an upgrade from category A1 to category A2,
    2. an upgrade from category A2 to category A, or
    3. an extension of category B to include vehicle combinations consisting of a category B vehicle and a trailer with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 750 kg, where the total maximum authorised mass exceeds 3,500 kg but does not exceed 4,250 kg, or
  3. requests an extension of his driving license with a restriction to vehicles equipped with automatic transmission to a driving license without this restriction.
